“A well-cultivated tree is revealed in its fruits”
(Ecclesiasticus 27:6)
Our training plan
The tree grows cumulatively, not linearly. It grows in layers, adding concentric rings. Starting from the center – the most basic and core, when the rings are more regular – it gradually expands its knowledge through training and accumulates experiences and even scars. As it grows, the rings become more irregular because the tree, in its autonomy, molds its shape by adapting to the habitat in which it lives, distinguishing itself from the rest of the trees and acquiring its own personality with which it enriches the orchard or the forest.
Elements
Christian
Training should not be reduced to a mere acquisition of new knowledge, but it should touch the heart, mobilize conversion, and translate into a life that bears witness to Christ in communion with the entire Church.
Claretian
Training should be characterized by the same missionary spirit that drove Claret and inspired him to strive through all means for God to be known, loved, served, and praised by all.
Layperson
Training should be in constant contact with reality. This obliges us to make a constant effort of adaptation and updating in order to truly offer a response to the specificities of our culture and our time.
Plan de Formación
PROJECT 1
SEMILLING
PRESENTATION OF THE CHARISM
TARGET AUDIENCE
INDIVIDUALS | GROUPS | COMMUNITIES NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE MOVEMENT
Presentation in which we show who we are and what we do, hoping to find good fertile ground where it can germinate.
The formative content of this stage is core, the essential elements to make our charism and the way we live it clear.
PROJECT 2
GERMINATING
FORMATION FOR DISCERNMENT
TARGET AUDIENCE
INDIVIDUALS | GROUPS | COMMUNITIES WANTING TO BEGIN DISCERNMENT
The characteristics that define the charism (the ideals), the organization of the Movement, and what it can contribute to the environment (missionary will) are presented. All in a very preliminary manner.
This information will definitely lead them to discern and discover their charismatic identity, and whether they truly want to take root.
PROJECT 3
SURFACE
INITIAL FORMATION
TARGET AUDIENCE
INDIVIDUALS | GROUPS | COMMUNITIES WHO ARE BEGINNING IN THE MOVEMENT
The tree has already developed enough to function autonomously. They can choose to focus their formation on delving into topics and details that are more directly involved or on addressing certain deficiencies they believe they need to cover in order to grow more healthily.
PROJECT 4
STRENGTHENING
ONGOING FORMATION
TARGET AUDIENCE
INDIVIDUALS | GROUPS | COMMUNITIES BELONGING TO THE MOVEMENT WITH TRAINING NEEDS
The characteristics that define the charism (the ideals), the organization of the Movement, and what it can contribute to the environment (missionary will) are presented. All in a very preliminary manner.
This information will definitely lead them to discern and discover their charismatic identity, and whether they truly want to take root.
PROJECT 5
CULTIVATING
FORMATION FOR TRAINERS AND ACCOMPANISTS
TARGET AUDIENCE
ACCOMPANISTS, ADVISORS, OR TRAINERS OF COMMUNITIES
This project is intended to provide educational support to the ‘gardener,’ that is, the person accompanying the growth processes in the Movement (trainers, advisors, council members, companions, promotion managers, etc.). Their role is different in each stage of the tree’s growth
