We are
Christians
Since baptism, we are part of the universal Church, the new people of God. Called by God to the perfection of the Christian life, we follow Jesus under the action of the Spirit.
We are
laypeople
We have received, as a gift of the Spirit, the lay vocation, which equips and directs us to build the Kingdom of God by fully living immersed in the busyness of the world and in our time.
Our life proposal is to “be present” in our family, at work, in our friendships, on social media, so that people who know us can see in our actions and in our daily lives that God is present and calling us to make this world a better place.
We are
Claretians
As followers of Claret, we feel particularly called by God to proclaim and announce the Gospel, bringing the Word to every corner to extend the Kingdom of God.
We are
a community
In response to the received gift, Claretian laypeople live our faith and charism from a communal dimension.
“In recent times, it seems that God wants laypeople to have a significant role in the salvation of souls.”
Saint Anthony Mary Claret
We are
Church
Laypeople and Claretians, both combined traits, form a distinct and unique identity that defines us, and this identity was officially recognized by the Church in 1988 as a Private Association of the Faithful.

Charismatic Traits
We are a charismatic movement.
The charisma we call “Claretian” is a gift from the Holy Spirit for evangelization that we share with the entire Claretian Family from our lay character, and that was bestowed upon the Church and humanity through Saint Anthony Mary Claret.
In other words, it is a charisma of evangelization that designates us and helps us to re-present (make present) today some aspect of the mission of Jesus.

REGIONS
The movement is organically composed of groups or communities. The regions are formed by several groups with cultural affinity, geographical proximity, etc.
Claretian laypeople are part of a large family that also includes consecrated laypeople, religious brothers, and religious sisters. This diversity of vocations enriches and completes our evangelizing charisma.
